Lazy Love

Satin white cascading over both their bodies,
Sunlight spilling into the ripples of the sheets.
Warm, cool air blows its way to their room,
They wake up facing each other and their eyes meet.

How lovely to have someone to wake up to,
They think as they smile at the same time.
They didn't play games, they didn't fool around,
They just fell asleep in the arms of who they both call "mine".

This is what I wanted, this is how I feel,
They both think as their eyes stay locked.
How nice it is to have such a lazy love
And not worry about what happens if time just stops.
