Please don't leave me alone
Because if you do,
I won't feel safe
The silence is eerie
It's way too quiet
Even my room is a scary place
When you're here it's noisy
And our laughter fills the room
You take my mind of off all
The sadness and the gloom
But when the sun goes down
And you're not here
I can't walk past a window
Without feeling fear
Stay tonight, please don't leave
I need you for protection
From anything that might be lurking
To add me to their collection
Because if you do,

in a way the picture does go with it. the girl sitting there (presumambly crying) seems to be the pov from the poem and the balloons seem to signify the goodtimes that were had before the girl was left there all alone. just a thought...
